RETURNS
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

To start a return, email us at contact@fifa-officialstore.com with your order number. We'll send you instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first won't be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and customization reasons, personalized or final-sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at [support@yourstore.com] with photos and we'll make it right.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

How do I choose the right size?

Our jerseys follow standard men's sizing. Check the Size Chart on each product page for exact chest, waist, length and sleeve measurements. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up — football jerseys are designed with an athletic cut.

Can I return or exchange my jersey?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately — you'll receive tracking for each shipment.

Can I add a player name and number to my jersey?

Jerseys are currently sold as shown on the product page. Follow us for updates — personalization options may be available for selected kits in the future.

How should I wash my jersey?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, do not tumble dry and never iron directly over crests, logos or printed details. This keeps colors and details looking new for years.

Will the 2026 World Cup kits be restocked?

World Cup kits are produced in limited quantities and popular sizes sell out fast. If your size is unavailable, check back regularly — restocks happen, but we can't guarantee availability for limited edition items.

Is my payment secure?
